I have designed these arts and crafts starter activities with art therapy in mind. They can be used as a conversation starter or simply a classroom activity. Children often struggle to explain their feelings so openly so these flashcards can be used to as a mindfulness activity, a bit of fun or something to help you understand the individual. These can be used for small groups, classes (up to 20 or you could reprint more) or as a one to one session.
